Job Title: Hotel Manager – Corporate Office

Location: Maharashtra, India


About the Company: Our client is a well-known JV between a leading Group owning multiple Hospitality assets (Managed and Operated by International Luxury Hotel Brands) and a leading Global Private Equity Firm with a significant presence in India. This collaboration aims to redefine the Company’s presence in Hospitality Business in the Region, leveraging world-class Management practices and innovative strategies.


Position Overview:

Our Client is seeking to hire an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to work closely with the CEO and assist him in leading the Company’s Operations . He will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the company, ensuring the highest standards of excellence and efficiency. This role requires a smart and hands on leader with sound Financial and Commercial acumen and General Manager experience with International Brand Hotels in India.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Strategies aligned with the company's vision and objectives.
  • Assist the CEO in overseeing the management of multiple hospitality assets thru Business Partners, ensuring they meet international luxury standards and deliver desired levels of Profitability.
  • Collaborate with international luxury hotel brands to maintain and enhance service quality and profitability.
  • Drive operational efficiencies and improvements across all assets.
  • Fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee budgets, financial performance, and profitability of the assets.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including hotel brand partners and senior leadership within the JV.
  • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the Hospitality sector.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in the Hospitality industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role as General Manager/ Unit Head of a Hotel with a leading International Hospitality Brand in India.
  • Proven experience in managing Hospitality Operations.
  • Strong Financial acumen and experience with budgetary management.
  • Ability to contribute to the Company’s Growth and Development
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Familiarity with international luxury hotel brand standards and operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and achieve business goals.
