Key Responsibilities: Execution & Operations (Leadership)

4. Business Growth: Identify opportunities for business growth, develop strategies to pursue these opportunities, and lead the team to achieve business objectives.

5. Process Improvement: Continuously review and improve processes, procedures, and systems to ensure efficient and effective project execution and management.

6. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with projects, ensuring that the team is aware of potential risks and takes proactive steps to mitigate them.

7. Peers and Team Management: Manage peers and team, including clients, team members, and external partners, ensuring that their needs are met, and their expectations are managed.

8. Financial Management: Manage project finances, ensuring that projects are delivered within budget, and that financial targets are met.

9. Quality Assurance: Ensure that projects are delivered to the required quality standards, and that quality assurance processes are followed.

10. Compliance: Ensure that projects are delivered in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
