Job Overview

Z Plus Limousine LLC is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Operations to lead and scale our limousine business across Dubai. The role involves complete ownership of fleet operations, driver performance, platform optimization, compliance, and profitability.

The ideal candidate must have strong leadership experience in transportation, fleet management, or ride-hailing operations and the ability to manage large-scale operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall limousine operations across all platforms (Uber, Bolt, Yango, etc.)
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and reduce operational costs
• Oversee Operations Managers and Supervisors, ensuring performance targets are met
• Monitor key KPIs: revenue per car, driver utilization, cancellation rates, idle time, and profitability
• Ensure full compliance with RTA regulations and UAE laws
• Establish strict control systems to eliminate illegal/off-platform trips and revenue leakage
• Optimize fleet deployment, driver allocation, and shift planning
• Oversee vehicle lifecycle: onboarding, maintenance, replacement, and utilization
• Manage escalations including customer complaints, platform issues, and critical incidents
• Work closely with HR on recruitment, training, and disciplinary actions
• Prepare and present management reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
• Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency and service quality

Requirements

• Minimum 5–8 years experience in operations leadership (transport, limousine, logistics preferred)
• Strong understanding of Dubai limousine/RTA ecosystem and ride-hailing platforms
• Proven experience managing large teams (drivers + operations staff)
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to control costs and improve margins
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and reporting systems

Preferred Candidate

• Prior experience in limousine or taxi companies in UAE
• Experience handling high-volume fleet operations (50+ vehicles)
• Knowledge of EV fleet operations (added advantage)
• Immediate joiners preferred

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: AED 6,000 – 10,000+ (based on experience)
