Head of Operations

The Head of Operations will oversee and streamline all operational activities of the business setup firm, ensuring efficient company formation processes, compliance with UAE regulations, and exceptional client service. This role is critical in driving operational excellence, managing government liaison activities, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end operations for company formation (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore)
• Oversee trade license processing, visa applications, renewals, and PRO services
• Ensure compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and government authorities (DED, Free Zones, Immigration, Labor)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government entities and partners
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and turnaround time
• Monitor team performance, KPIs, and service delivery standards
• Manage and mentor operations, PRO, and client servicing teams
• Handle escalations and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
• Optimize internal processes and implement automation where possible
• Coordinate with sales and business development teams to support growth
• Manage operational budgets and cost control
• Strong knowledge of UAE company formation procedures and regulations
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong government liaison and networking abilities

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• 8-12 years of experience in UAE business setup / corporate services industry
• Minimum 3-5 years in a leadership role
• Strong experience dealing with DED, Free Zones, Immigration, and Labor departments
