Head of Operations and Strategy

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader with 8-10 years of related work experience to serve as the Head of Operations and Strategy.

This role will oversee the entire operations lifecycle, from gathering market intelligence, providing inputs at the design stage, building a team from the ground up, overseeing multi functions across finance, marketing and sales, compliance and customer fulfillment and post-sale service.

The individual will also be responsible for defining and executing business strategies that drive scalability, growth, and operational excellence across the company.

Experience: 8-10+ years of experience in operations and strategy, preferably in e-commerce, corporate gifting, supply chain, or tech-enabled platforms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
