Kulcha King, a flagship brand under HJ Investments, is seeking a visionary operational leader to oversee its complete UAE footprint. This position functions at a CEO level—responsible for end-to-end business operations, strategic growth, financial performance, and the overall brand experience across all branches. The ideal candidate will bring deep hospitality and F&B expertise, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to lead a large, diverse, and dynamic workforce.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic & Operational Leadership
- Lead the overall operations of all Kulcha King outlets across the UAE, ensuring seamless daily management of Front of House, Back of House, Production, Delivery, Guest Services, and Support Functions.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve SOPs, quality frameworks, and operational best practices across all locations.
- Drive operational excellence through strong planning, resource allocation, scheduling, workforce management, and productivity optimization.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure operational consistency, brand standards, and performance benchmarks across branches.
2. Guest Experience & Brand Quality
- Uphold and elevate Kulcha King’s service standards to ensure an exceptional guest experience at every touchpoint.
- Monitor and improve key guest satisfaction KPIs, including service speed, food quality, customer feedback, and online reputation scores.
- Take ownership of escalated guest concerns and ensure swift, effective resolution across all outlets.
- Introduce new service initiatives, loyalty enhancements, and brand-improving ideas to keep Kulcha King competitive and loved by customers.
3. People Leadership & Organizational Development
- Lead, coach, and mentor department heads, outlet managers, and frontline teams to build a high-performance culture.
- Strengthen team capability through continuous training programs focused on service excellence, operational efficiency, and leadership development.
- Promote strong communication, teamwork, and motivation across the entire organization.
- Ensure all branches maintain high levels of staff engagement, retention, and operational discipline.
4. Financial & Business Performance
- Oversee the full P&L of the Kulcha King business, ensuring healthy revenue growth and profitability.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial planning across all outlets.
- Identify and execute revenue enhancement initiatives, menu profitability improvements, and cost optimization strategies without compromising service or quality.
- Analyze performance metrics, reports, and market trends to guide strategic decision-making.
5. Compliance, Safety & Brand Standards
- Ensure strict adherence to UAE regulations related to food safety, health standards, municipality requirements, and hospitality guidelines.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and sustainability across all outlets.
- Create compliance frameworks and ensure operational discipline across every branch.
6. Vendor, Supply Chain & Facility Management
- Oversee vendor relationships, procurement processes, and contract performance to ensure business efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure timely maintenance and full functionality of equipment, facilities, and infrastructure across the brand.
- Strengthen supply chain reliability and consistency to support smooth operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of senior-level experience in hospitality or F&B operations, with at least 5 years in a multi-location leadership role.
- Proven expertise in improving service quality, operational efficiency, and business performance.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing large teams across multiple outlets.
- Strong understanding of PMS/POS systems, food safety standards, hospitality regulations, and operational SOPs.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in a fast-paced multi-branch environment.
