We are a California-based design and manufacturing organization with operations supporting projects across the Western US. The business is well established, backed by consistent demand, repeat clients, and a steady flow of work, with a strong foundation in place to continue building on.

We are looking for a Head of Operations to lead a core operation with a focus on performance, coordination, and execution.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing day-to-day operations across production, supply chain, and delivery
• Driving performance and accountability across the operation
• Ensuring alignment between incoming work and production capacity
• Strengthening workflows, systems, and team coordination
• Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and output
• Supporting hiring, development, and alignment of team leadership
• Maintaining financial performance with P&L responsibility

Desired Experience

• BA/BS Degree
• Leadership experience within manufacturing (Director, VP, or similar level)
• Experience overseeing operations or a major functional area
• Strong operational mindset with the ability to drive execution
• Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and performance
• Track record of building teams and improving structure
• Practical leadership style with a focus on accountability
