Head of Operations & Delivery (Technology & Product)

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Delivery Leadership

• Own delivery execution across Product, Engineering & QA
• Improve release cycles, sprint health & execution rhythm
• Implement OKRs, KPIs & operational dashboards
• Remove blockers and drive cross-team alignment

Sales & Business Operations

• Align Sales, Product & Delivery execution
• Improve handoff from pre-sales to delivery to support
• Support enterprise deals with technical coordination
• Drive operational efficiency & delivery quality

Leadership & Scale

• Build scalable processes, SOPs & execution frameworks
• Lead multi-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Ops, Support)
• Support leadership in capacity planning & growth strategy

Required Experience & Skills

• 8+ years in Tech / SaaS / Product-based environments

Nice to Have

• Experience in SaaS / Fintech / B2B products
• Experience scaling operations in a growth-stage company
• Exposure to international clients

• Background in Engineering, Product, or Technical Program Management
• Strong experience in cross-functional operations & delivery leadership
• Proven experience managing large teams (30+ people)
• Experience coordinating Sales, Product & Delivery teams
• Strong leadership, communication & execution skills

Pay: Rs300,000.00 - Rs600,000.00 per month
