Yalla Order is a growing local delivery platform serving restaurants and shops in El Gouna. We focus on operational efficiency, service quality, and sustainable growth within the local market.

We are expanding our operations and are looking for a strong Head of Operations to take full ownership of day-to-day execution and performance.

Role Overview

The Head of Operations is responsible for the full operational performance of Yalla Order. This role has direct responsibility for drivers, daily operations, cost control, and service quality.

You will work closely with the Founder and have real decision-making authority across operations.

This is a hands-on leadership role, not a purely administrative or office-based position.

Key Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for daily delivery operations
• Managing drivers, shifts, attendance, and performance
• Controlling operational costs and driver incentives
• Optimizing routing, batching, and delivery efficiency
• Maintaining high on-time delivery performance (target ≥95%)
• Handling operational issues, escalations, and vendor coordination
• Cash handling and daily/weekly reconciliation
• Monitoring KPIs and improving operational efficiency
• Hiring, training, and managing drivers and operations staff
• Reporting directly to the Founder

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience in delivery, logistics, or field operations
• Strong execution and people-management skills
• Cost-focused and detail-oriented
• Comfortable making decisions and taking responsibility
• Willing to be present on the ground when needed

Background in companies such as delivery platforms, logistics firms, or fast-paced service businesses is an advantage.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: EGP 25,000 – 35,000
• Monthly performance bonus linked to operational results
• Transportation and mobile allowance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: E£25,000.00 - E£36,000.00 per month
