Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Operational Excellence Manager to lead process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. This role will focus on enhancing operational efficiency, implementing scalable business processes, driving KPI-based performance management, and leading cross-functional improvement projects to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational excellence strategies aligned with business objectives.
  
• Analyze, map, and optimize end-to-end business processes across multiple departments.
  
• Design and implement SOPs, workflows, and process governance frameworks.
  
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar methodologies.
  
• Develop operational KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting for leadership.
  
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
  
• Lead automation and digital transformation initiatives to improve efficiency.
  
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Design, Manufacturing, Logistics, Customer Success, Finance, and Technology.
  
• Lead operational improvement projects, manage change initiatives, and ensure successful implementation.
  
• Establish quality standards, operational controls, and governance frameworks.
  
• Monitor operational risks and recommend scalable, data-driven solutions.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  
• 7+ years of experience in Operational Excellence, Business Process Improvement, Operations Management, or Continuous Improvement.
  
• Strong expertise in process mapping, workflow optimization, SOP development, and KPI implementation.
  
• Experience leading cross-functional operational improvement projects.
  
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  
• Hands-on experience with ERP, CRM, workflow automation, or business process management systems.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
  
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt certification.
  
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
  
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
  
• Experience in manufacturing, logistics, construction, supply chain, or project-based industries.
  
• Familiarity with AI-driven process automation and digital transformation initiatives.
