We are seeking a Head of Operations & Sales for our water business in the UAE (or GCC, depending on business scope). This role offers a salary package of AED 12,000 – AED 15,000 plus performance-linked incentives.
This is a hands-on position requiring a leader who understands the complexities of last-mile delivery, fleet optimization, and high-frequency sales. You will take full ownership of operations, ensuring end-to-end operational excellence, P&L management, and driving aggressive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Operations Leadership: Manage daily delivery operations, route planning, and fleet utilization to minimize costs. Oversee drivers, helpers, and vehicle maintenance while ensuring compliance with hygiene and regulatory standards.
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive B2B, B2C, and bulk sales performance. Build and manage field sales and telesales teams to execute subscription plans and corporate deals.
- P&L Ownership: Control operational costs and optimize margins. Forecast demand to align production with delivery capacity.
- Customer Retention: Reduce churn through effective delivery schedules and proactive service recovery. Monitor repeat order rates and subscription renewals.
- Process Improvement: Implement systems for route optimization, order management, and subscription tracking to automate processes.
Mandatory requirements include:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in the UAE water industry (bottled/bulk/5-gallon).
- Proven track record in both Operations and Sales.
- Strong experience managing a blue-collar workforce and fleet operations.
- Deep understanding of subscription-based delivery models.
- Valid UAE Driving License.
