Position Summary:
The Head of Operations is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operations of all QSR outlets, ensuring seamless execution, profitability, and brand consistency. This role involves strategic planning, operational excellence, team leadership, and continuous improvement to deliver superior customer experience and achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Leadership
- Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple QSR outlets across regions.
- Implement SOPs and ensure adherence to brand standards, hygiene, and quality.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics (sales, wastage, customer satisfaction, etc.).
2. Business Performance & Strategy
- Drive revenue growth and profitability across all stores.
- Develop and execute strategies for expansion, cost control, and process optimization.
- Coordinate with marketing and product development teams for menu innovation and promotions.
3. People Management
- Lead, train, and motivate Area Managers, Store Managers, and front-line teams.
- Build a strong leadership pipeline through coaching and performance reviews.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and service excellence.
4. Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, labor laws, and all regulatory standards.
- Maintain consistent product quality, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Conduct regular audits and surprise inspections at outlets.
5. Supply Chain & Inventory
- Coordinate with procurement for timely availability of raw materials and supplies.
- Monitor inventory management systems to minimize waste and pilferage.
- Implement cost-efficient supply chain practices.
6. Customer Experience & Feedback
- Drive customer satisfaction through operational excellence and service improvement initiatives.
- Analyze feedback and implement corrective actions for recurring issues.

- Strong leadership and multi-unit management experience.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of QSR trends, food safety, and quality management.
- Financial acumen and P&L management skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in QSR or casual dining industry, with at least 3–5 years in a senior operations role.
- Experience handling multi-location operations preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
