About the Role
We’re seeking a Head of Organic Marketing to architect, lead, and scale our organic growth ecosystem — including SEO, content strategy, PR, listings, thought leadership, and brand presence.This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building powerful inbound engines, driving high-intent traffic, and transforming content into a measurable revenue stream. You’ll build and manage cross-functional teams across SEO, content, social, and digital PR, ensuring that Confiance becomes the most discoverable, authoritative, and trusted brand in the outsourcing and B2B services landscape.
Key Responsibilities
SEO & Visibility
- Develop and execute the complete organic growth strategy — on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Oversee keyword strategy, site architecture, content optimization, schema markup, and link-building.
- Lead the SERP domination strategy for key business verticals and geographies (US, UK, Middle East, etc.).
- Collaborate with developers to ensure Core Web Vitals, crawlability, and indexation meet global benchmarks.
- Use tools like SEMRush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console for audits and performance tracking.
Content Ecosystem
- Build and manage a content engine producing blogs, whitepapers, guides, landing pages, and video scripts at scale.
- Oversee an editorial calendar aligned with marketing and sales goals.
- Ensure content reflects thought leadership, SEO value, and brand storytelling.
- Lead collaborations with subject-matter experts, writers, and designers to maintain consistency and quality.
Authority & Backlinks
- Drive strategic digital PR and listing placements across top industry platforms (Clutch, G2, Capterra, etc.).
- Build high-quality backlink partnerships — no spam, only credibility-driven collaborations.
- Manage reputation and visibility across forums, blogs, and niche industry communities.
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team of SEO specialists, content writers, link builders, and social strategists.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Demand Gen, Sales, and Design teams for alignment.
- Mentor team members to move from execution to strategic thinking.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in SEO, content, or inbound marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in scaling organic channels that generate leads and revenue, not just traffic.
- Deep understanding of Google algorithms, link-building ethics, and content strategy.
- Hands-on expertise in SEMRush, Ahrefs, GA4, GSC, and CMS platforms (WordPress preferred).
- Strong analytical and storytelling skills — can turn data into strategy.
- Exceptional leadership and project management capabilities.
- Prior experience in B2B / SaaS / outsourcing / consulting is highly preferred.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
