Head of Partnerships

Job Type: Full-time

Work Location: Dubai (Inhouse)

About the company:

We operate across aviation, yachts, properties, travel, and concierge through a bespoke membership platform designed for the world’s most discerning clientele.

Every partnership we secure enhances the value of our ecosystem — making membership more compelling, expanding inventory, unlocking exclusive access, and driving compounding growth across the platform.

Hotels, restaurants, experience providers, and luxury brands don’t just join our network — they become part of a multiplier model that benefits members and partners alike.

Role overview:

As Head of Partnerships, you will lead the creation and scaling of a global partnership ecosystem across luxury hospitality, travel, lifestyle, and premium brands.

This is a strategic leadership role — every deal you close not only expands inventory but also amplifies the platform’s reach, drives co-marketing opportunities, and enhances member experience. You will work directly with senior leadership to define partnership strategy, set KPIs, and deliver measurable business impact.

The ideal candidate has a deep network in luxury hospitality, exceptional negotiation skills, and a track record of turning relationships into long-term, high-value partnerships. You will define how partnerships contribute to growth and guide the team (or future team) in executing the strategy.

Role Responsibilities

Partnership Strategy & Planning

· Define the global partnership roadmap aligned with the company’s growth strategy.

· Identify high-impact partners across luxury hotels, restaurants, lifestyle brands, experience providers, and travel services.

· Assess market opportunities to expand Lujo’s inventory and offerings.

· Design partnership models that maximize value for members and revenue for the company.

Relationship Management & Network Leverage

· Leverage existing senior-level relationships with top-tier hotel groups such as Aman Resorts, Four Seasons, Mandarin Oriental, and Rosewood Hotels & Resorts.

· Build new strategic relationships across luxury sectors to expand inventory and co-marketing opportunities.

· Serve as the senior liaison for key partners, maintaining long-term engagement and trust.

Negotiation & Deal Structuring

· Lead negotiations for commercial partnerships and membership inventory agreements.

· Structure deals that create mutual benefits, including co-marketing, member exclusives, and premium offerings.

· Draft and finalize contracts in collaboration with legal and finance teams.

Execution & Operations

· Oversee the partnership lifecycle from identification to signing, onboarding, and management.

· Ensure partners are integrated into the Lujo platform with smooth operational processes.

· Track performance metrics, revenue contribution, and ROI for each partnership using CRM and reporting tools.

Leadership & Collaboration

· Work closely with marketing, operations, product, and concierge teams to maximize partnership impact.

· Mentor and guide future partnership team members, setting standards for performance and engagement.

· Represent the brand at industry events, conferences, and high-level partner meetings to strengthen brand presence.

Growth & Innovation

· Identify opportunities for cross-industry partnerships that enhance member value.

· Explore innovative models for co-branded experiences, exclusive offerings, and loyalty programs.

· Continuously refine partnership strategies to adapt to changing market dynamics

Requirements

· 7+ years in partnerships, business development, or commercial leadership within luxury hospitality, travel, or lifestyle brands

· Existing senior-level relationships with hotel groups, restaurant groups, experience providers, or luxury brands (mandatory)

· Proven track record of signing, managing, and scaling high-value commercial partnerships

· Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and deal structuring skills

· Experience using CRM systems and partnership management tools

· Comfortable operating at executive and C-suite levels

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Who you are:

· A proven partnership builder with a robust luxury network

· Self-driven and proactive — you define your own playbook

· Commercially sharp, confident in high-stakes negotiations

· A long-term relationship strategist rather than a one-time deal closer

· Strategic thinker who understands compounding value across partnerships

· Comfortable representing a luxury brand at global, high-level events

Good to have:

· Background at a luxury hotel group, travel consortium, or lifestyle brand

· Experience working on membership or loyalty program partnerships

What we offer:

· The Multiplier Role — your work directly compounds company growth
