Head of Performance Marketing

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Performance Marketing to lead full-funnel, omnichannel marketing for a fast-growing portfolio of premium hospitality brands.

This is a senior leadership role with direct responsibility for revenue growth across paid media, SEO, CRM, conversion optimization, and retention marketing. You will manage a team of marketing specialists and report directly to the CEO.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital marketing leadership
• Proven track record of scaling revenue through paid media, SEO, CRM, and conversion optimization
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and paid search
• Expertise in email marketing and lifecycle automation using Klaviyo
• Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and attribution tracking
• Experience with landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
• Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals
• Strong analytical, strategic, and leadership skills
• Hospitality, restaurant, or premium consumer brand experience is preferred
• Excellent English communication and reporting skills
• Ability to work full-time from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM (Pakistan Standard Time)
