Head of PerformanceFull Time

This role is responsible for leading all Patient Journey & Process initiatives with the objective of delivering simple, convenient and seamless experiences by enhancing utilization and procedural efficiency across facilities and digital mediums.

1. Leading Annual plans, objectives and reviews for the division.
2. Leading Facility & Digital performance Studies with Facility leadership (Medical / Admin)
3. Managing Division budget.
4. Managing division personal administration and backing-up division managers.
5. Leading Quarterly Executive Level reports.

Experience in both Operation flow management and Digital UX/UI planning and development - Recommended minimum of 5 year experience in a Quality or Operation Roles.
Minimum Bachelor of Science or Engineering
Recommended - Mobility of things / Operations / Quality / Six Sigma
