Job Title: Head of Pre-Montessori

Job Description

The Head of Pre-Montessori is responsible for the overall academic, operational, and pastoral leadership of the Pre-Montessori section. The role ensures a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate learning environment aligned with early childhood education best practices. The position involves curriculum oversight, teacher supervision, parent engagement, and coordination with school management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and monitor the Pre-Montessori curriculum in line with early childhood development standards.
• Ensure staff follow school policies, safety protocols, and teaching standards.
• Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback.
• Build strong parent-school relationships.
• Ensure compliance with school regulations and early education standards.

Job Requirements / Qualifications:

• Needs solid toddler experience.
• Female candidate preferred.
• At least 2–4 years in a supervisory or leadership role (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, Education, or a related field.

Salary Range: 150,000 to 180,000 (per month)
