Head of Primary (British Curriculum Experience Required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strong academic and operational leadership for the Primary section.
• Oversee curriculum planning, delivery, assessments, and teacher performance.
• Ensure high-quality teaching aligned with the British Curriculum.
• Lead school improvement initiatives and maintain academic standards.
• Mentor and support teachers through professional development.
• Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and students.
• Ensure compliance with school policies and UAE educational requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a British Curriculum school in the UAE is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of UK curriculum frameworks and primary-level pedagogy.
• Proven leadership, communication, and team-management skills.
• Ability to drive academic excellence and school development.
• Candidates based in Ajman or Sharjah are preferred.
• Sponsorship / family visa holders are preferred.
• Immediate joiners will be given priority.
