We are partnering with an established real estate firm as they expand their private office in Dubai. This is a rare opportunity for a senior advisor to lead private client operations, providing tailored solutions to high-net-worth individuals and family offices across international markets.

This role is suited to a relationship-focused leader with deep market insight, wealth advisory expertise, and a commitment to personalised service. You will oversee a portfolio of private clients, guide a high-performing team of advisors, and play a key role in nurturing long-term, high-value relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shape and execute the strategy for the private office across key luxury markets
• Build and maintain strong, enduring relationships with UHNW clients and family offices
• Oversee advisory services including real estate investments, cross-border opportunities, and legacy planning
• Collaborate with Legal, Marketing, and Research teams to deliver seamless client experiences
• Represent the office at exclusive events, panels, and private networks

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in luxury real estate, private wealth, or family office advisory
• Established network of UHNW clients across the GCC, Europe, or Asia
• Exceptional relationship-building skills and a client-first approach
• Strategic mindset with strong leadership, negotiation, and communication abilities
