Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Head of Processing to lead our immigration and visa application processing department. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end case handling, ensure compliance with international immigration standards, and manage a high-performing processing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the complete visa and immigration processing function
• Supervise processing teams to ensure timely and accurate application submissions
• Ensure compliance with country-specific immigration laws and documentation requirements (UK, Canada, Australia, Schengen, etc.)
• Develop and implement SOPs to improve processing efficiency and reduce errors
• Monitor application progress and resolve complex or escalated cases
• Coordinate with sales, compliance, and client service teams
• Train, mentor, and evaluate processing staff performance
• Stay updated with immigration policies and embassy requirements
• Conduct quality checks on documentation before submission
• Liaise with embassies, consultants, and third-party partners
• Maintain proper record keeping and data confidentiality
• Track KPIs and prepare performance reports
• Enhance client satisfaction through efficient processing

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in immigration/visa consultancy
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Strong knowledge of visa processes for major countries
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
