Head of Procurement

I have an exciting opportunity to join a prestigious organization with an established and well-structured procurement function.

This role works closely with executive leadership to shape enterprise-wide sourcing strategy and manage a complex portfolio spanning capital projects, facilities, construction, and infrastructure-related spend. It combines strategic leadership with hands-on category oversight in a high-impact environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute short- and long-term category and supplier strategies
• Lead Supplier Relationship Management and sustainability initiatives
• Manage sourcing projects from RFx through negotiation and contract execution
• Drive cost optimization, risk mitigation, and total cost of ownership improvements
• Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and senior stakeholders
• Lead and mentor a procurement team, strengthening best practices and operational efficiency

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate has strong experience in construction/facilities sourcing, excellent executive presence, and a proven track record of delivering measurable cost and performance improvements in complex organizations. Candidates should be confident leaders, capable of managing complex teams, supporting senior leadership, and acting as a strategic influencer across the organization. Preference will be given to those who have held Senior Manager, Associate Director, or Director-level positions.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary of $180,000 (negotiable for the right candidate)
