Head of Product

About the Role

Kopilot is on a mission to redefine how millions of students prepare for exams, combining AI-powered learning, personalized coaching, and viral social growth. We are building one of the few true EdTech super apps in the world — a platform where students can learn topics, solve questions, join communities, get coaching, and even have fun in one place.

We are looking for a Head of Product to own the product vision, strategy, and execution. This role will shape the product that students and tutors use every day — and help us scale globally.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision and roadmap
• Prioritize features and manage sprint execution with the development team
• Collaborate with growth, data, and design teams to continuously improve UX
• Localize the product for new markets (content, pricing, user experience)
• Own and track key metrics: retention, DAU/MAU, NPS, monetization

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager / Head of Product in SaaS or consumer apps
• Strong growth & data-oriented product mindset
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience building products for global audiences (EdTech or marketplace background preferred)
