Job Description

As the Head of Product at FieldCamp, you’ll own the complete product strategy and execution. You will work directly with customers, understand their problems, define the roadmap, and lead engineering and design teams to deliver simple, impactful, and profitable solutions for real users in the field service industry.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, owning roadmaps and shipping real products


  • Strong strategic thinking with understanding of market dynamics and competitive positioning
  • Excellent English communication—able to explain complex ideas simply and clearly
  • Customer-obsessed mindset—comfortable on calls with founders, CTOs, and end-users
  • Strong execution mindset—believes in shipping fast and iterating quickly
  • Ability to make trade-offs and say no to unnecessary features to protect simplicity
  • Experience working in SaaS, B2B, or operational/workflow software (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Familiarity with tools like Figma, Notion, Slack, analytics platforms, and basic SQL (preferred)
  • Experience mentoring or leading small product or engineering teams (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of user workflows, ROI, and operational efficiency thinking

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Define and manage the product roadmap based on customer insights, market needs, and competitive positioning


  • Conduct customer interviews, discovery sessions, and feedback calls to deeply understand pain points
  • Build and nurture strong customer relationships, becoming the internal voice of the user
  • Manage 1-week sprints with engineering teams to deliver fast, incremental product releases
  • Make feature prioritization and trade-off decisions to protect simplicity and usability
  • Use product data, usage metrics, and customer feedback for continuous improvement
  • Mentor product-minded engineers and designers to build a high-performing product culture
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure business alignment
  • Enable clear decision-making under uncertainty and drive cross-functional collaboration
