Head of Product (Technology)

We are looking for a "Head of Product" for our client.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

• Develop and implement strategic plans for the PMO and product management function aligned with the organization's objectives,
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and product development practices.

Product Management:

• Oversee the product management function, including product roadmap development, feature prioritization, and release planning,
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to drive product development initiatives,
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.

Stakeholder Management:

• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, department heads, and external partners,
• Communicate project status, progress, and milestones to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Resource Management:

• Allocate resources effectively across projects and products to optimize productivity and ensure timely delivery,
• Manage budgets, resource allocation, and forecasting for the PMO and product management function.

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and objectives,
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and product development processes,
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills,
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable plans and initiatives,
