Job Description

• Lead and supervise the Production Concept organization, ensuring alignment with defined objectives, KPIs, and governance standards.
• Design, drive, and implement strategic initiatives related to Production Concept, including processes, standards, and continuous improvement frameworks.
• Oversee and manage multiple organizational units, fostering high performance through coaching, succession planning, diversity, change management, and employee development.
• Define, control, and monitor budgets (including Capex), ensuring proper allocation, validation, and corrective actions in coordination with controlling functions.
• Plan, release, and implement production concepts at plant level, including layout design, process flow, and material flow in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Support business development and country strategy by contributing to RFQs (capacity, equipment, Capex, space) and advising on footprint and location decisions for product launches or transfers.
• Lead capacity planning and performance analysis by aligning production capabilities with customer forecasts, monitoring equipment utilization, and driving efficiency improvements.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in project management and leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of project management, capacity planning, and industrial/production processes is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in English with excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
