Head of Professional Services (Technology)

The Head of Professional Services will lead all client implementations, solution design, and delivery of Classera’s products. The role requires a strong mix of system architecture, project management, and business understanding in EdTech.You will ensure successful onboarding, integrations, and deployments for schools, ministries, and enterprise clients across all regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Professional Services team (project managers, solution architects, and implementation specialists).
• Oversee end-to-end client implementation: discovery, solution design, configuration, integrations, testing, and go-live.
• Translate client needs into clear technical and functional solutions.
• Design and review solution architecture for LMS/TMS/C-Pay implementations.
• Manage project timelines, risks, and delivery quality across multiple countries.
• Work directly with clients (schools, ministries, universities) to guide adoption and best practices.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Support to ensure smooth delivery.
• Support Sales with technical proposals, RFP responses, and solution presentations.
  
  

Technical Expertise

• Strong understanding of enterprise system architecture and how large-scale platforms are designed, integrated, and deployed.
• Broad knowledge of software engineering principles, SaaS models, cloud environments, data workflows, APIs, and integration patterns.
• Ability to evaluate technical solutions, challenge assumptions, and guide teams toward scalable, secure, and maintainable designs.
• Experience overseeing complex system integrations across multiple products, vendors, and client environments.
• Deep familiarity with implementation methodologies, solution design frameworks, migration strategies, and enterprise delivery best practices.
• Understanding of technology governance, security standards, compliance, and quality assurance processes.
• Ability to translate between technical requirements and business needs, ensuring solutions meet client objectives and operational realities.
• Skilled in reviewing architecture, technical proposals, and solution documents at a high level, without needing daily hands-on coding.
  
  

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Professional Services, System Architecture, or Enterprise Solution Delivery.
• Experience delivering large-scale EdTech or enterprise SaaS projects.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and customer-facing leadership.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or TOGAF certifications are a plus.
• Fluent in English (Arabic preferred).
