Head of Project Management (Civil) -(PHR/1016/7)

Purpose of the Role

We are seeking a competent and results-driven Head of Project Management to lead and oversee the end-to-end execution of construction of our multiple projects across Pakistan. The ideal candidate, who will be based in Karachi, will bring a blend of strategic oversight and hands-on execution capability, with proven experience in delivering projects on time, within scope and within budget.

Key Responsibilities (Functional Competencies):

• Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets and quality standards
• -Liaise and coordinate effectively with Architects/consultants, contractors and vendors.
• -Monitor project progress and proactively identify and mitigate risks
• -Conduct regular site visits to ensure execution aligns with plans and specifications
• -Review and approve project reports, drawings, BOQs and technical documentation
• -Lead contract negotiations and manage contractor performance

Requirements:

• -Qualification: B.E. in Civil
• Practical, on-ground understanding of construction execution (not just theoretical/project office experience)
• 5 years of project management and at least 2 years of hands on execution experience
• -Sound knowledge of MEP systems and their integration within civil works.
• -Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies

• -Proven track record of successfully managing at least 2-3 projects end-to-end.
• Strong experience in working with consultants/architects, contractors and multidisciplinary teams

Pay: Rs350,000.00 - Rs400,000.00 per month
