About the role

Job Summary

Responsible for end-to-end Project and Order Management of service orders, including field services, repairs, and complex projects. Ensures successful execution of SSPC service operations by aligning closely with Finance on sales forecasting and backlog phasing. Accountable for meeting monthly sales targets in accordance with the Revenue Forecast Commitment (RFC), while supporting the company’s overall business objectives and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Service Project & Order Management team to ensure effective execution of repair and field service activities.

  • Set, manage, and achieve departmental targets related to RFC performance, on‑time delivery (OTD), revenue, and collections.

  • Oversee end‑to‑end project and order management, ensuring delivery of all technical, commercial, financial, and customer commitments.

  • Provide regular reporting to management on project status, RFC, OTD, and field service utilization using agreed KPI frameworks.

  • Act as the escalation point for customer project issues and manage relationships to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.

  • Manage deployment, scheduling, and utilization of field service resources, ensuring availability of required tools and competencies.

  • Ensure compliance with all operational, cross‑functional, contractual, and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) requirements while promoting a strong safety culture.

  • Maintain accountability for project profitability, cash flow, and commercial risk management.

  • Develop and lead the team through coaching, performance management, appraisals, and capability development aligned with business needs.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean principles, operational excellence, and best‑practice implementation.


Qualifications / Requirements

  • Bachelor of Engineering Discipline and /or relevant Experience within rotating equipment’s services

  • 8-10 Years of Experience

  • Financial Budget Management

  • Experience of Managing Complex Projects

  • Experience of contract negotiation in a commercial environment

  • Supplier/Customer management experience

  • Staff Management Experience

  • Client Management Experience

  • General Computer & Software Skills

  • SAP Knowledge

  • PMP
