Job Title: Head of Projects Operations – Interior Fit-Out & Joinery

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Projects Operations to lead and oversee project delivery, operations, business development, and client management within the Interior Fit-Out & Joinery sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, extensive industry knowledge, and a proven track record in project execution, sales, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the Interior Fit-Out & Joinery industry.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end project operations from planning to handover.
• Strong background in Sales, Business Development, and Project Execution.
• Proficient in AutoCAD (2D & 3D).
• In-depth knowledge of interior fit-out works, joinery manufacturing, and site execution.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage project profitability.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
• UAE experience is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all project operations across multiple fit-out and joinery projects.
• Develop project strategies to ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and budget compliance.
• Drive sales growth and business development initiatives.
• Oversee project planning, resource allocation, procurement coordination, and execution.
• Ensure effective coordination between design, production, procurement, and site teams.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, timelines, and overall performance.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify operational improvements and implement best practices across projects.
• Lead, mentor, and develop project managers and operational teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
