Head of Property Management (Russian Speaker)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial professional to establish and lead our Property Management Company (PMC). The role involves setting up operations for our current project, building the team and systems from the ground up, and preparing the company to expand into the wider property management market. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, industry knowledge, and a proven ability to scale operations into a profitable business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Launch Operations: Set up and manage the PMC for our current project, including overseeing essential services such as electricity, plumbing, AC maintenance, janitorial services, and facility upkeep.
• Team & Workflow Development: Recruit, train, and lead the property management team while establishing workflows, SOPs, and service standards.
• Rental System Setup: Develop and implement an efficient apartment rental system with competitive offers to attract and retain tenants.
• Business Expansion: Strategically position the company for growth, including market analysis, service differentiation, and expansion into third-party property management services.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with property owners, tenants, and service providers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Financial Oversight: Prepare budgets, manage expenses, and monitor revenue streams to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.
• Compliance & Standards: Ensure the company adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices in property and facility management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in property management, facilities management, or real estate operations with proven leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of property services (maintenance, utilities, tenant relations, rentals, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to set up and scale a business unit or new operations from scratch.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of property market trends.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, and stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
