Head of Public Relations (Russian Speaker)

Due to fast growth, we are looking for a Head of Public Relations to join our development team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute PR and communication strategy for development projects
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media, government-related entities, partners, and key stakeholders
• Manage public image and reputation of the development brand and projects
• Oversee press releases, project launches, media briefings, interviews, and events
• Ensure consistent messaging across all public and media channels
• Coordinate closely with marketing, sales, and leadership teams
• Monitor media coverage and prepare performance and visibility reports
• Represent the company at industry, real estate, and development-related events

Requirements:

• 7–10 years of experience in Public Relations or Communications
• Proven experience in real estate / development companies is highly preferred
• UAE market experience is a strong advantage
• Fluent English is mandatory
• Russian language is preferred
• Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills
• Experience working with premium, large-scale, or investment-driven projects is a plus
