*Key Responsibilities*:

· Lead the quality department for embroidery operations on multi head and Schiffli machines.

· Ensure quality standards are maintained across all embroidery processes.

· Develop and implement inspection procedures for fabric, thread, and finished embroidery.

· Train and supervise quality checkers and production staff.

· Monitor production lines to minimize defects and ensure timely corrective actions.

· Coordinate with production, planning, and design teams for quality improvements.

· Prepare daily and weekly quality reports for management.

· Strong knowledge of embroidery processes, threads, fabrics, and designs.

· Leadership skills to manage a team and enforce quality standards.

*Education*:

Bachelor's

*Experience*:

Minimum 7–12 years of relevant experience.,

*Location*: 15km Sheikhupura Road, Lahore.
