• Architect: Build the QA Scorecards, Calibration Protocols, and Feedback Loops from scratch.
• Enforce: Ensure both branches (Gulshan & Johar) follow the exact same US ISO-level Standards.
• Coach: Transform data into training. Don't just catch mistakes—teach Team Leads how to prevent them.

Who This Is For:

• The Architect: You have 3+ Years in BPO Quality Assurance. You have built processes (SOPs, KPIs), not just followed them.
• The Leader: You are comfortable managing a team of QA Analysts.
• The Night Owl: You are productive during 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM.
