- Senior professional with 10 15+ years of experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance within:
- Oral care / Oral hygiene industry (preferred)
- Pharmaceuticals / Cosmetic / Personal Care (acceptable if QA/QC foundation is strong)
- Hands-on knowledge of cGMP, ISO 22716 (cosmetics), WHO guidelines, PSQCA, Halal guidelines, and client audit requirements.
- Strong exposure to data integrity, lab. Operations, product release, deviations, change control and CAPA system.

Proven track record of successfully leading QA/QC teams and interacting with multinational clients.
- Strong in quality system design, implementation and compliance
- Skilled in audit management (internal, external, client and regulatory)

Strong ability to interpret and implement global quality standard at local level.
- Confident leader with the ability to build, motivate, and mentor team.
- Practical problem-solver with continuous improvement.

Ability to balance compliance, client satisfaction and operational realities.
- Pharmacy, Chemistry, or life Science degree (Masters preferred)
- Experience in both QA and QC
- Prior role as Head of Quality/QA Manager or Site Quality Lead

Experience working in an organization with MNC client coordination.
