Head of Real Estate Department ( developing department from scratch ) Bilingual

Looking for a strategic leader to oversee the company's real estate portfolio.

- manage and establish the division from the round

- advise the senior Management on significant risks including unpredictable / unforeseen events

- develop and maintain external stakeholders and business partners by overseeing and coordinating mutually beneficial relationships built on internal policies and strategic priorities

- oversee property development and construction projects

- must have PMP certification / fellow chartered surveyor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED60,000.00 - AED80,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• real estate : 10 years (Preferred)
• really estate development : 10 years (Preferred)
• managing operations : 10 years (Preferred)
• handling c level management : 10 years (Preferred)
• financial decision : 10 years (Preferred)

Language:

• English (Preferred)
• Arabic (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• PMP (Preferred)
• Fellow Chartered Surveyor (Preferred)
• finance and /or statistics certificate (Preferred)
