Position Summary:

The position will be responsible to manage the Recovery Team of Pakistan. Organize and determine the strengths, weaknesses, operational effectiveness, and opportunities. Will make recommendations based on internal and external factors to minimize risks and formulate strategies to achieve organization's long-term goals. Implement to reduce bad loan portfolio & enforce a holistic Recovery model that improves efficiencies in productivity and costs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Job requires leadership skills to manage a self-motivated team of professionals to pursue outstanding debt.
• To create new techniques and steps to get the job done with maximum effectiveness.
• Create and implement strategies to increase the number of successful Recoveries on outstanding debt
• Manage and train the team of recovery by conducting one on one sessions with the staff and hold regular monthly group sessions to appraise the staff about the business growth and recovery performance
• To ensure that Recovery activities are effectively performed in all areas across all products.
• To ensure that proper infrastructure remains in place all the time and all issues related to infrastructure is resolved on priority basis.
• To comply with the recovery Code of Conduct and Fair debt guidelines.
• To work proactively through market intelligence in providing feedback to the management.
• Effectively report on and communicate impact of Recovery strategies.
• Work with Operations management to implement recovery strategies, including process improvements and technology enhancements
• Research industry best practices; make recommendations accordingly.
• Establish collaborative relationship with cross-functional team to move Recoveries strategies forward. Strong knowledge of Recoveries best practices, call center data, contact strategy data and metrics
• Experience with test and control methodologies
• Strong ability to think analytically and strategically
• To ensure that all recovery related Ops standards are met which include compliance to bank policies set for doing business.
• Coordination with legal team for filling of suits in relevant court of law.
• To serve as the holder of strict adherence to productivity standards of recovery.
• Incumbent shall be responsible for adhering by Easypaisa Bank Limited Behaviors & Values in all aspects of his/her work conduct.
• Ensure that a culture of risk and compliance management is implemented, and institute performance measures tied to individual risk and compliance responsibilities.
• Any other task might be assigned due to business exigence from HOD

Knowledge and Experience:

• Masters /Bachelor’s Degree
• 5 to 10 years of relevent experience
