Head of Recovery (Female)

Job Description

We are hiring a Head of Recovery (Female) with mandatory real estate experience to lead recovery operations for Gulmohar City Karachi. This role requires strong leadership, client handling, and deep knowledge of real estate installment recovery systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the recovery department for Gulmohar City Karachi
• Ensure timely recovery of installments, overdue payments, and outstanding dues
• Build and implement effective real estate recovery strategies
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, and Management teams
• Personally manage critical and high-value recovery cases
• Track recovery performance and prepare regular reports
• Maintain strong and professional client relationships
• Improve recovery ratios and minimize defaults

Mandatory Requirements

• Female candidate only
• Minimum 4–6 years of recovery experience in real estate (mandatory)
• Proven experience in real estate installment recovery
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage teams and achieve monthly recovery targets
• Good command of MS Excel and reporting
