/ Drive REM regional long term strategic direction aligned with corporate goals alongside the REM Board

/ Lead strategic initiatives and guiding global, regional and local teams towards sustainable growth and success as one team

/ Taking initiatives to drive an efficient way of working model across REM to increase productivity, cooperation and executional excellence inline with strategic directions

/ Lead and prepare “Executive Meetings”

/ Lead and develop top talents and high-performing teams

Your profile

/ +10 years of experience in management consultancy, CEO office/strategy function at large multinational corporations or commercial functions (marketing experience is preferred)

/ Strategic leader with a strong track record of collaborationg with key stakeholders and aligning regional operations inline with global business goals

/ Skilled in leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with high visibility and strategic importance

/ High adaptation skills to changing market conditions

/ Proven ability to manage board-level relationships and lead high-stakes executive engagements with an assertive communication style to lead change when needed

/ Excellent analytical skills and advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Powerpoint
