Head of Representative Office – Egypt (IT Company)

An international IT company is looking for a Head of Representative Office in Egypt to lead and grow our local presence.

We are seeking a strong, business-driven leader with an entrepreneurial mindset who can drive market expansion, build strategic partnerships, and ensure sustainable revenue growth in Egypt and across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full operational management of the office in Egypt
  • Drive business development and expand the company’s presence in the local and regional markets
  • Identify and acquire new clients, building long-term relationships with key decision-makers
  • Develop and manage a strong partner network and strategic alliances
  • Lead high-level negotiations and successfully close deals
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and industry developments
  • Develop and execute strategies for entering new market segments
  • Build, lead, and develop the local team (hiring, training, mentoring)
  • Oversee administrative and operational processes within the office
  • Collaborate closely with marketing to drive lead generation and brand awareness
  • Prepare regular reports for headquarters on performance and business activities
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proven experience in IT (software and/or hardware)
  • Strong track record in business development and/or sales
  • Previous team management experience is a plus
  • Deep understanding of the Egyptian market and MENA region
  • Experience in client acquisition and partner development
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (both required)
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to travel
