Salary: PKR 300,000 - 400,000 + Other Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage overall retail operations across multiple outlets/branches
• Drive operational efficiency, profitability, and customer experience
• Develop and implement operational strategies and SOPs
• Monitor sales performance, inventory control, and compliance standards
• Lead large operational teams and ensure productivity targets are achieved
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments for smooth business operations
• Ensure execution of expansion, audits, and process improvements
• Frequent traveling required for branch visits and operational supervision

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Supply Chain, or relevant field. MBA will be preferred

Experience:

• Minimum 8–12 years of relevant experience in Retail Operations
• Must have experience managing multi-branch retail operations
• Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills required

Pay: Rs300,000.00 - Rs400,000.00 per month

Education:

• Master's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Retail: 8 years (Required)
