Oruba is seeking an exceptional Head of Sales to lead our commercial expansion and builda world-class salesorganization from our headquarters in Ankara.

The Opportunity

As our Head of Sales, you'll own and orchestrate three distinct go-to-market strategies:

  • Domestic Excellence : Direct sales to urology clinics, public/private hospitals, and university hospitals throughout Turkey
  • EU Expansion : Direct-to-end-user sales across EU member countries
  • Global Distribution : Building and managing distributor partnerships worldwide

You'll lead a team of 4 sales professionals and have the mandate to build the sales organization we need for our next phase of growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build, coach, and scale a high-performing sales team across multiple channels
  • Design and implement modern outbound sales strategies using tools like Clay, Instantly, and HeyReach
  • Establish and optimize RevOps processes to drive predictable revenue growth
  • Navigate complex medical device sales cycles, including hospital procurement and tender processes
  • Develop relationships with key opinion leaders in urology and healthcare
  • Create scalable sales playbooks and standardize processes across all channels
  • Manage distributor relationships and expand our global partner network
  • Leverage AI-based sales tools and automationto maximize team efficiency
  • Collaborate with Productand Quality Control teams to ensure market success
  • Build and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics


What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements:

  • 8+ years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in medical device or healthcare technology sales
  • Minimum 3 years in sales leadership roles with proven team-building experience
  • Deep understanding of medical device regulatory requirements (CE marking, FDA processes)
  • Hands-on experience with modern sales stack and automation tools
  • Track record of establishing successful international sales relationships
  • Experience managing both direct sales and channel partner strategies
  • Strong revenue operations mindset with analytical capabilities
  • Excellent English proficiency (European language skills are a plus)
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Ankara for full-time, on-sitework


Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Existing relationships with urology departments or hospital decision-makers
  • Experience selling from emerging markets to developed markets
  • Familiarity with AI-powered sales tools and agentic systems
  • Understanding of clinical validation and evidence-based selling
  • Startup experience and comfort with ambiguity
  • Willingness to travel 30-40% for customer visits and international conferences
