Job Profile: Head of Sales

Position Summary

Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the company's overall sales strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Plan, forecast, and manage sales budgets in alignment with business goals and project timelines.
  • Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive insights to inform sales strategies.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective performance targets.
  • Establish performance KPIs, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback and coaching.
  • Oversee training and development of the sales team to ensure high capability and retention.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors, and brokers.
  • Represent the company in key negotiations, events, and industry forums.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, and Project teams to ensure seamless client experience and alignment of messaging.
  • Oversee end-to-end sales operations, including lead management, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations.
  • Implement and manage CRM systems and sales analytics tools to track performance.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, market feedback, and reports to senior management.
  • Identify and engage potential channel partners and institutional clients.
  • Work closely with marketing teams on campaigns, promotional activities, and digital initiatives to enhance brand presence and lead generation.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Proven success in driving sales performance for large-scale residential and/or commercial projects
  • Strong understanding of the property market, pricing strategies, and buyer behaviours
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven sales management
