Dar Al Aiham Properties is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Sales / Sales Director to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and manage high-level client relationships. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, a proven sales record in the real estate industry, and the ability to build and execute strategic sales plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to achieve company targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans
- Manage high-value client relationships and handle key negotiations
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities
- Set sales KPIs, track team performance, and prepare regular reports
- Coordinate with marketing and senior management on campaigns and project launches
- Ensure the team delivers a premium customer experience at all stages
- Participate in project presentations, meetings, and events
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales (mandatory)
- Experience in a leadership role (Head of Sales / Sales Manager / Sales Director)
- Native Arabic speaker (mandatory)
- Strong command of English
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and motivate high-performing teams
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is a big advantage (if applicable)
