Dar Al Aiham Properties is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Sales / Sales Director to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and manage high-level client relationships. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, a proven sales record in the real estate industry, and the ability to build and execute strategic sales plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to achieve company targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans
  • Manage high-value client relationships and handle key negotiations
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities
  • Set sales KPIs, track team performance, and prepare regular reports
  • Coordinate with marketing and senior management on campaigns and project launches
  • Ensure the team delivers a premium customer experience at all stages
  • Participate in project presentations, meetings, and events

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales (mandatory)
  • Experience in a leadership role (Head of Sales / Sales Manager / Sales Director)
  • Native Arabic speaker (mandatory)
  • Strong command of English
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and motivate high-performing teams
  • Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is a big advantage (if applicable)
