We are looking for a strong, hands-on Head of Sales to join Solus City at a key growth stage and take full ownership of revenue generation, client acquisition, and partner activation in the UAE.

Solus City is a fast-growing digital platform connecting individuals and companies in the UAE with verified business service providers across finance, consulting, real estate, legal, and other professional services.

Our mission is to build a trusted, scalable business ecosystem where demand and supply meet efficiently and transparently.

This is a builder role, not a maintenance role. The right candidate will help structure sales from the ground up and scale it into a predictable, high-performing system.

What You’ll Do

Own Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Take full ownership of sales strategy, pipeline, and revenue performance
  • Define and execute go-to-market and monetization strategies
  • Build predictable client acquisition and partner activation funnels

Build & Scale the Sales Function

  • Design sales processes, CRM structure, KPIs, and reporting
  • Hire, manage, and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Set clear targets and ensure accountability across the team

Grow the Partner Ecosystem

  • Attract, onboard, and activate B2B service providers
  • Build long-term relationships with consulting, accounting, legal, and corporate service companies in Dubai
  • Drive retention, upsell, and cross-sell within the ecosystem

Work Closely with the Founder & Marketing

  • Collaborate directly with the founder on growth priorities and strategy
  • Align sales and marketing to generate qualified demand
  • Provide structured market feedback to improve the product and positioning

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience in the UAE
  • Proven track record of building and scaling sales teams and processes
  • Strong understanding of Dubai’s B2B services market and business culture
  • Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution
  • Startup or fast-growth company experience is a strong advantage
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a strong plus)
  • UAE driver’s license is a plus
