Head Of Sales

Position Summary:

The Head of Sales drives strategic revenue growth across Renewals, Upsells, Acquisitions, and promotions by leading a high-performing, customer-centric team. As a brand ambassador, they own client engagement, deeply understand business needs, and proactively position solutions that maximize retention, expansion, and long-term value.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop deep expertise in the Property Finder marketplace and solution portfolio to effectively position value across customer segments and drive differentiated engagement
  • Build and scale the Egypt business through targeted acquisition and retention strategies, executing go-to-market plans that align corporate priorities with local market dynamics
    Sales Strategy & Execution
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales Development Representatives (SDR) and Sales Operations to streamline customer acquisition and optimize conversion, leveraging data insights to continuously refine strategies and elevate sales performance
  • Deliver accurate revenue forecasts across weekly, monthly, and quarterly cycles, while monitoring key performance indicators and driving timely interventions to ensure consistent target achievement
  • Engage directly with customers to gather feedback, assess solution utilization, and address concerns, translating insights into actionable improvements while aligning internal resources to support client goals and drive long-term satisfaction
  • Hire, develop, and coach a consultative, high-impact sales team focused on delivering value and building long-term relationships
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning within the sales organization

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or Science; MBA preferred. Familiarity with the real estate ecosystem is advantageous.
  • 10+ years in B2B SaaS or subscription-based marketplaces, with proven success in sales and account management. Out of which, minimum 5 years leading high-performing B2B sales teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue forecasts with consistent target achievement.
  • Strong analytical acumen with a metrics-first approach to business management and decision-making.
  • Service-oriented leader with the patience and empathy to navigate diverse customer and employee needs.
