Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company growth and revenue objectives
- Build, structure, and lead the sales function from the ground up, including processes, channels, and team capabilities
- Drive aggressive market penetration and expand the company’s presence despite low brand awareness
- Identify, develop, and grow sales channels (retail, wholesale, HORECA, and partnerships) to maximize market reach
- Lead and manage the sales team, set clear targets, and continuously monitor and improve performance
- Personally engage in high-value deals and key account acquisition, acting as a strong closer when needed
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and strategic partners
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity, and take proactive corrective actions
- Collaborate closely with marketing and operations to support product launches and promotional campaigns
- Ensure full market coverage and operational efficiency across all sales regions
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and strategic insights to senior management
Continuously optimize sales processes, improve efficiency, and reduce operational gaps
Requirements-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 8–10+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the food, FMCG, or consumer goods industry
- Proven track record of building sales operations, expanding market presence, and achieving revenue growth
- Strong experience in handling competitive markets and selling products with low brand awareness
- Demonstrated ability to lead, build, and develop high-performing sales teams
- Strong commercial mindset with hands-on approach and execution-driven attitude
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- High level of ownership, resilience, and ability to work under pressure
