Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Karachi Division for a Head of Sales and Business Development at Codesy. The role involves driving sales strategy, developing and managing accounts, overseeing the sales team, and fostering new relationships within various industries. Responsibilities also include setting sales targets, mentoring team members, monitoring market trends, and ensuring that strategic goals are achieved. The individual will play a key role in propelling the company's growth and maintaining strong client partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales and Sales Management skills with a proven track record in achieving or exceeding targets.
  • Experience in Account Management and business development, including building and managing client relationships.
  • Exceptional Analytical Skills for data analysis, market research, and strategic decision-making.
  • Proven ability in Team Management to inspire and lead high-performing sales teams.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Familiarity with technology-driven products and prior experience in consulting or SaaS industries is a plus.
