Head of Sales and Business Development

We're a Dubai-based IT solutions studio specialising in structured cabling, enterprise networking, AV integration, CCTV, access control, cybersecurity, and full IT fit-out delivery.

Our clients include financial institutions, private equity offices, family offices, real estate developers, and professional services firms across the UAE.


We operate as a senior-engineer studio, not a volume contractor.

Every project is led by experienced engineers, and our reputation is built on precision, technical depth, and trusted client relationships.


We're hiring a Sales Manager to build our commercial function from the ground up.

You'll design and execute the sales strategy, recruit and develop a team of three Sales Executives, and take full ownership of pipeline growth across project-based and managed service revenue streams.


You'll report directly to the Managing Director and play a central role in shaping the next phase of the company's growth.


Expectations

→ Build and lead a sales team of three, defining territories, vertical specialisations, and individual KPIs

→ Own the full sales cycle — from outbound prospecting through to contract signature

→ Develop pipeline across structured cabling, AV, networking, CCTV, access control, and managed IT services

→ Implement CRM processes and forecasting disciplines to track pipeline health and conversion

→ Drive outbound activity via LinkedIn, email sequences, industry events, and direct engagement

→ Build a referral network across fit-out contractors, MEP consultants, and facilities management companies

→ Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities — turning project wins into recurring managed service contracts

→ Represent OPS IT at industry events and networking opportunities across Dubai and Abu Dhabi


Your Team

You'll recruit and develop three Sales Executives, each with a defined focus:


1. Projects & Fit-Outs — new-build and fit-out opportunities through contractor partnerships and construction announcements

2. Enterprise & Managed Services — recurring revenue through IT support contracts and network monitoring agreements

3. Financial Services & Regulated Sectors — DIFC and ADGM corridors, targeting PE offices, family offices, and regulated entities


What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2 years leading or managing a sales team

• Track record of hitting revenue targets in the UAE market

• Experience selling IT infrastructure, technology solutions, AV, or related services to commercial clients

• Proven ability to recruit and develop high-performing salespeople

• Strong understanding of the UAE commercial real estate, construction, and fit-out landscape

• Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales enablement tools

• Excellent English communication skills — Arabic is a strong advantage


Nice to Have

• Existing network among facilities managers, IT managers, and procurement teams in the UAE

• Experience selling into regulated sectors (DIFC, ADGM, healthcare)

• Familiarity with Apollo.io, HubSpot, or similar outbound platforms

• Conversational understanding of networking, structured cabling, or AV technologies
