The Head of Digital Marketing at Max Holding will be the strategic leader responsible for planning, executing, and managing all digital marketing initiatives across the company’s portfolio — with special focus on NeemoPani (media & entertainment platform) and HelloSalam (social impact and community brand).This person will strengthen brand visibility, online presence, and digital engagement for all sub-brands under Max Holding — including technology, tourism, healthcare, and industrial sectors — by leading a strong team and data-driven marketing strategies.

Job Description: Head of Digital Marketing – Max Holding

Position Overview:

The Head of Digital Marketing will drive the overall digital vision and strategy for Max Holding and its subsidiaries. This includes developing integrated digital campaigns, managing online content, and ensuring strong brand communication — especially for NeemoPani and HelloSalam, which represent the group’s media and community voice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a group-wide digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead digital brand positioning for NeemoPani, HelloSalam, and other Max Holding subsidiaries.
  • Manage all digital channels including websites, social media, SEO/SEM, paid media, and influencer collaborations.
  • Oversee content creation, storytelling, and visual branding to ensure consistent tone, style, and engagement across platforms.
  • Plan and monitor performance marketing campaigns to maximize ROI and digital reach.
  • Utilize analytics tools to measure campaign success, track KPIs, and recommend improvements.
  • Supervise digital teams and coordinate with brand managers, designers, and external agencies.
  • Innovate new marketing trends, technologies, and creative ideas to strengthen brand awareness and audience engagement.
  • Manage marketing budgets, vendor contracts, and digital media partnerships.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align marketing objectives with business goals.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or Business Administration.
  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in managing digital campaigns, content strategy, and performance analytics.
  • Strong understanding of social media dynamics, influencer marketing, and audience engagement.
  • Experience in brand development within media, tech, or lifestyle industries preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, creativity, and analytical skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs150,000.00 per month
