The Head of Sales Assistant at EZ Exteriors supports our sales leadership by keeping communication, documentation, and lead tracking organized and on pace. Key Responsibilities:

• Email Management: Monitor, prioritize, and respond to emails on behalf of the Head of Sales, ensuring timely and professional communication.
• Takeoffs: Create detailed takeoffs for projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Job Quotes: Assist in building job quotes, including gathering necessary data and preparing documentation.
• Task Management: Track all Head of Sales commitments, deadlines, and action items, as well as meet regularly with the Head of Sales to review priorities, report status, and absorb delegated responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• 1 year minimum of experience in a sales or assistant role.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Valid driver’s license.
